Flyer circulated at the Hillcrest I am told that a flyer was circulated at the Hillcrest restaurant in the last couple of weeks alleging that Optic managing editor David Giuliani is a sex offender (an allegation, by the way, which is absolutely malicious, fictitious and false.)
